Fat Chance Farm is building another barn to house the show ponies. We are happy to say that we are putting in another open airy 8 stall barn for the "show babies". It will be on 10 beautiful acres about 1 mile from the home barn on Kris's father's farm. The driveway and well are in and we are waiting for the weather to break to start the foundation!

April 16th: The pad is all ready and the foundation will be started as soon as this rain stops for a couple of days! The builder, Craig Falanga, from Pinnacle Builders is a great guy and he sure knows his stuff! There aren't many like him around anymore and we are sure lucky to have him in charge of our new barn.

June: It's under roof and they will be starting on the inside soon!! Wait till you all see the stone work and the masonary work these people do. It's beautiful.

July: The wood work is almost done inside and the windows are in. I need to order stalls soon so I can get them installed before fall. We need to get the electric trench dug so we can have BGE turn on the power.

Aug: Slowed up while trying to field some other things but will get back on track soon!
